By using the Drivido mobile application and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.


2. Service Description

Drivido is a digital platform connecting passengers with independent drivers for on-demand taxi services. Drivido does not provide transportation directly and is not responsible for drivers’ actions beyond the scope of the platform.


3. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate, current information when registering.
  • Account credentials are personal. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Do not share accounts or impersonate others.

4. Driver Responsibility

  • Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Drivido.
  • Drivers must comply with local laws, regulations, and platform rules.
  • Drivido reserves the right to suspend or remove drivers for violation of policies.

5. Passenger Responsibility

  • Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
  • Passengers must follow driver instructions and respect safety guidelines.
  • Payment must be completed for services provided; cash or in-app payments as applicable.

6. Payments and Fees

Pricing is displayed in the app and may vary based on location, time, and demand. All transactions are between passengers and drivers through the app. Drivido may collect fees for platform usage as applicable.


7. Privacy

We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our data collection and usage as described.


8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Illegal activities, harassment, or unsafe behavior.
  • Sharing false or misleading information.
  • Attempting to bypass fees, block app security, or exploit system vulnerabilities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Drivido is not responsible for the actions of independent drivers, accidents, or damages arising from use of the platform. Use the app at your own risk.


10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted in the app and website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
